LRG Fitness, named after our own children, was a concept originally thought through and turned into a reality in 2016. As the business has evolved to include LRG On Demand and ‘Ageing Actively’, our principles and core values have remained steadfast. ‘Exercise normalised’ and to deliver a solution to help improve and maintain physical and mental wellbeing for individuals and families alike.
Husband and wife, we met at university in the late 90’s studying Sport Science and Sport Rehabilitation degrees. Having both played and performed within our chosen sports to a high level has meant we have always maintained an enthusiasm for personal training, sport, and exercise. Nina would argue that, having been a former British Sport Aerobics champion, she achieved the most!
Thank you Nina & Ben, I am enjoying the workouts. I usually do a workout of my own invention, but this is great to double check that I am doing everything correctly and I like the 'well dones' to egg me on! So, thank you!

Although this new regime hasn't been going long, I am feeling the benefit, and just hope I can keep it up! The on-line sessions seem to be working very well - just the right amount of information and example, and not too strenuous so far, and I'm finding it easier to 'get into' than I thought I would.

- What do you need to get started?

Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, often with seated options for each exercise. Minimal equipment is required; however, there are a couple of things that will help. Sturdy chair (if using), exercise mat (not essential), light dumbbells (such as 2kg), or alternatively, tins of food or filled water bottles.
- Will the workouts play on all devices?

Yes. By default, the videos are optimised to play on all web browsers, including mobile without the need for apps. The videos also support AirPlay and Chromecast functionality, so you can cast videos to your TV.
- Will the exercises be too hard / too easy for me?

With every workout, we offer alternative options for each exercise. LRG Ageing Actively is a platform providing a library of workouts, guided exercise plans, and mindfulness-based routines. With inclusivity at the core of everything we do, you’ll be sure to find something that’s right for you.
- If I join will I be tied into a lengthy agreement?

Ageing Actively offers a monthly Subscription option, 3-monthly subscription, and a 12-month annual subscription option - pick your preference.
- How do I cancel my membership?

In order to cancel your subscription, you must go to PayPal and cancel any future payments to LRG Fitness Ltd. Automatic debits will continue unless the user terminates the subscription. You will not incur any additional charges for cancelling your subscription. But we will be sad to see you go.
- I would like to pay via a different payment method other than PayPal?
